Experimental Plywood Chairs (1942) |
|
| The Eameses made experimental chairs from molded plywood in their small Neutra apartment on Strathmore Avenue in the Westwood district of Los Angeles. Some of these experiments were on tour in the travelling exhibition The Work of Charles and Ray Eames: A Legacy of Invention, organized by the Library of Congress and the Vitra Design Museum. |
